Archive-
/ Author’s mode:
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
The
archive mode offers the possibility to prepare
a media list and to compile archive material by means
of complete time and cost control.
The Author’s mode lets the user
plan a workfl ow complete with comprehensive time control
using tables. Each sequence covers a single row, which
contains information about status, content, duration,
time of start, etc.
Any
number of rows can be inserted, moved or added.
Another feature of the Author’s mode is the director‘s
script-column, which contains – in addition to
a short description - the entire wording of all texts.

|
| |
Live-Mode:
|
|
| |
 |
|
| |
During
recording, respectively the course of the event, the compiled
workflow is transferred into the live mode.
The live mode shows the exact differences between intended
time scale and the actual duration of the rundown.
All differences are listed and summed up in total.
Right from the start, the actual duration of any sequence
is being logged with over- and under-times.
The current sequence is marked red as well as “running”.
During the rundown sequences can be shifted, skipped,
or canceled. There’s a “stop” and a
“pause” feature for interruptions and repetitions..
Online feature
Through
the online feature the director can allow all involved
parties to view the live mode via web browser. This way
any imprompt alteration can be visualized directly and
without delay.

Post mode / Cut view:
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Once a rundown has passed the live mode, the initial live
mode list is closed, sealed and unalterable. It is now
a 'saveable' live mode log. The
post mode, though, offers the opportunity to,
again, edit or shift individual entries respectively
change the time settings. The post mode represents the
entire post-production workflow and helps to organize
the recorded materials.
By setting in- and out-points edit information can be
processed with immediate time control.
The cut view opens as a split window,
in which the planning of the cutting process can be
made. A marked entry is shown and can be most precisely
edited. The real time of the live mode serves as reference
time. The user is able to split or shorten sequences
as well as change their order..

Export and import features:
|
|
| |
 |
|
| |
CSV export
Exports the entire rundown. All data may be used for
a large number of additional applications.
MS Office export
Exports to Microsoft Word and makes the director‘s
script available to users that don‘t have access
to the Rundown.de software. The columns to be exported
can be selected by means of a separate configuration
window.
Teleprompter export
Exports
the director‘s script to a VicroScript-compatible
teleprompter file (txt).
Import feature
Imports a CSV file,
e.g. from Microsoft Excel..
